ShiftFlex keeps a simple, fair reliability record: how often someone shows up, and how often they're late, drop late or leave early.
What's recorded
| Event | When it's recorded |

| Completed | A shift worked through to check-out |
| Late | Checking in more than 5 minutes after the start |
| No-show | No check-in about 20 minutes after the start |
| Late drop | Giving up a shift inside the notice window (24 hours by default) |
| Early leave | Checking out more than 10 minutes before the end |
The record covers the last 90 days and reads like "Showed up 41 of 42", with a late count.
What doesn't count against you
- Giving up a shift before the notice window.
- A swap a manager approves, or posts as an open shift.
- A manager cancelling a shift or taking you off it.
- A manager checking you in because your phone failed. That removes the no-show.
Who sees it
Crew see their own record in Me. Managers see it on the team list and when they confirm claims, so a reliable person from a sister store is an easy yes.

Does swapping a shift hurt my reliability?
No. An approved swap, or one posted as an open shift, records nothing against you.
