Why ShiftFlex Exists
Most scheduling software manages who is on which shift — that's it. When a shift goes unclaimed, the manager's only option is to start calling staff. With 40+ employees across multiple franchise locations, that becomes a 4-hour manual process. Meanwhile the shift is tomorrow morning.
ShiftFlex takes a different approach: build an internal marketplace. Employees browse and claim open shifts across all franchise locations in real time. Add a surge bonus to the hard ones. The shift gets claimed in minutes, not hours — without a single phone call.
The cluster isolation architecture means different franchise groups never see each other's data, even if they're on the same server. That's a requirement in franchise networks where the same software provider might serve competing brands.
