What is ShiftFlex?

ShiftFlex is a mobile-first workforce management app for shift-based teams. It brings scheduling, shift swaps, time tracking, break logging, payroll, and team communication into a single beautiful app — available on iOS and Android.

There are two primary roles in ShiftFlex:

How ShiftFlex Works

Here's the typical workflow from setup to a completed shift:

  1. 1

    Create Your Organization

    A Manager signs up, creates an organization, and configures locations, roles, skills, and timezone. Takes about 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Invite Your Team

    Send secure email invitations or share an invite code. Employees download the app, accept the invite, and complete their profile.

  3. 3

    Post Shifts

    Managers create and publish shifts specifying time, location, role, pay rate, and required skills. Employees are notified instantly.

  4. 4

    Employees Claim & Work Shifts

    Employees claim open shifts from the marketplace. On shift day, they check in via GPS, log breaks, and check out.

  5. 5

    Approve Time & Run Payroll

    Managers review and approve time logs, then generate payroll reports for the pay period. Export to CSV for your payroll provider.
