Accessing Analytics

Go to Settings → Analytics to open the analytics dashboard. Data is refreshed in real-time based on all shifts completed within your organization.

Key Metrics

Metric What it shows
Fill Rate Percentage of posted shifts that were claimed. A low fill rate may indicate shifts are unpopular or pay is too low.
Total Hours Worked Aggregate hours across all employees for the selected period.
Total Labor Cost Total wages paid (hours × rate + surge bonuses + overtime) for the period.
Revenue (if applicable) Organization-reported revenue for comparison against labor costs.
No-Show Rate Percentage of claimed shifts where the employee didn't check in. High rates indicate reliability problems.
Late Check-in Rate Percentage of shifts where the employee was late. Helps identify punctuality trends.

Charts & Visualizations

The analytics screen includes several visual charts:

  • Fill Rate Over Time — daily or weekly view of shift fill rates
  • Labor Cost Trend — week-by-week labor cost chart
  • Shift Volume — number of shifts posted vs. completed each period
  • Hours by Role — breakdown of hours worked per job role

Performance Breakdowns

Top Performers

The Top Performers section lists your most reliable employees ranked by their performance and reliability scores. Use this to recognize high performers and identify anyone who may need support.

Location Performance

If you have multiple locations, the By Location view breaks down fill rate, hours, and cost per site. This helps identify which locations are over- or under-staffed, or which tend to have more no-shows.

Role Distribution

See how hours and costs are distributed across different job roles in your organization — useful for understanding labor mix and planning future staffing needs.

Filtering by Date Range

Use the date range picker at the top of the analytics screen to view data for:

  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days
  • Last 90 days
  • Custom date range

All charts and metrics update instantly when you change the date range.

Exporting Analytics

Tap the Export button at the top of the analytics screen to download a CSV file containing:

  • Revenue and labor cost data
  • Shift counts (posted vs. completed)
