Contact UsDownload the ShiftFlex app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Create an account or accept an invitation from your organization to get started. Once logged in, you can view your shifts, claim open shifts, and manage your schedule.
Yes! ShiftFlex is free to download and use for employees. Organizations may have different pricing tiers based on their size and needs. Contact us for enterprise pricing information.
Your manager or organization admin will send you an invitation email with a unique code. Click the link in the email or enter the code in the app to join your team. Make sure to use the same email address that received the invitation.
Yes! ShiftFlex syncs across all your devices. Download the app on your phone and tablet, and your shifts and schedule will be automatically synchronized.
If you need to swap a shift, select the shift in your schedule and tap "Request Swap." Choose a coworker to swap with, and they'll receive a notification. Once they accept and a manager approves, the swap is complete.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link via email. Follow the instructions to create a new password.
Go to your device's Settings → ShiftFlex → Notifications and enable them. In the app, go to Settings → Notification Preferences to customize which notifications you want to receive (new shifts, shift reminders, swap requests, etc.).
Currently, ShiftFlex is a mobile-first application designed for iOS and Android. A web dashboard for managers is planned for a future release. Stay tuned!
